If you meet me somewhere and I hold a book in my hand, you’ll probably see a pencil in another.
Yes, I like to underline some sentences or phrases that I find worth underlining. The only problem is that sometimes I just do it too often and my book starts looking like a lined copy-book.
And here is the paradox of my “hobby”: there is no guarantee, that I’ll open this book someday only for reading the things, that I found interesting some time ago. Sometimes I even know, that I’ll hardly do that.
But why do I keep on underlining?
I want to have a hope to be amused by the same thing twice.

Spain is now in the final! Congratulations to all the spanish football fans!
That’s a pity, that Russia didn’t show a game like a previous one (with Netherlands, when Russia won 3-1) and get into final, its dream, but I think, that it’s not a shame to lose to such a strong team like Spain!

Let’s wait for the FINAL game :
SPAIN – GERMANY
Let the great battle begin!

Russia needed two extra-time goals to win and qualify for the semi-finals of8
Euro 2008. The result is 3-1: Guus Hiddink’s Russia outplayed Netherlands!
Russian Team did a great job.
That was simply fantastic!!
I’m just so happy for them right now! I won’t be writing “HURRAAAAAAAY” or “WOOHOOOO” or “YEEEEAH” all over the post.. overrr and overrr again.. There’s no need to do it, ’cause I’m full of emotions right now!! You should understand it, because I’m a Russian football fan: of course I hoped, that Russia would win today.. But Netherlands is SUCH a power!! I respect this team. I also had a lot of doubts and I knew, that it’s not that simple to win that match! Look: in the last minutes Netherlands scored a goal.. we even needed extra-time to do it!
But we DID IT!
Oh, I just wish you were here to hear ALL THIS noise! It’s almost 2 am, but if you walk outdoors you’ll see your neighbors standing near your house, embracing and talking about THAT awesome match, that has just finished..

That evening united people, even those who don’t know each other! And even if crying and car horns won’t stop until the morning, I’ll keep on smiling..
Because that’s what I call PRiDE.
P.S. Now we’re waiting for you, SPAIN, to meet you again and (I hope!) to make a better result. Or for you, ITALIA. Today I don’t know, who’s going to play with Russia, but tomorrow we’ll SEE!

If God was a DJ
June 25, 2008That’s an awesome short movie, really interesting idea and cool music!
My friend Anna showed me this video and I liked it so much!
If you haven’t seen it (it has already > 1000000 views on YouTube!), you should do it right now! And I think, that you’ll like it too! Tell me, what do you think about it?
By the way, it reminds me the “Butterfly Effect”, one of my favorite movies.
P.S.: the expressions on the DJ’s face are just great
